Kendall V. Smiley, OTR/L is an Occupational Therapist, Advanced Clinical Specialist with 26 years of experience. She has spent her career specializing in cardiac care, orthopedics, spinal cord injuries, amputee rehabilitation, and more, working with clients from adolescence through geriatrics. She is currently on thein-patient Cardiac Team and created a Relaxation and Stress management group for patients. She also plays a key role in mentoring the next generation of clinicians as a clinical student supervisor, and Co-chair of both the Assistive Technology Committee and the Employee Activities Committee. In addition to these leadership roles, Kendall is an active member of several committees, including Spaulding Rehabilitation’s Equity, Dignity and Respect Community Outreach Council, the Anti-Disrespect/Anti-Discrimination Policy Task Force Team, and the Integrative Health Medicine Committee. Outside of her clinical work, Kendall is a certified Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner, bringing a holistic approach to health and wellness for both her patients and colleagues. She is passionate about advancing patient care and fostering a supportive, inclusive work environment.
