You can create an account for our site in two ways:
1. When registering for your first course, it will prompt you to create an account if you do not already have one.
2. You can create an account at any time by registering on the Student Dashboard or Sign In pages.
No, your login and password for this site are unique and not associated with your MGB work account.
Each on-demand course has its own expiration date. You will be notified of the expiration date when registering for each course. You will need to complete the course before the course’s expiration date, or it will no longer be available. We are not able to offer reimbursements for courses that have not been completed by their expiration dates.
In order to obtain full CEU credit for each course, you MUST complete all post-course forms. This includes:
1. Obtaining a passing score on the post-course quiz.
2. Completing the Course Feedback Form.
3. Completing the Claim Your CEU Credit Form. This form will let us know the type of credit you are requesting and allow us to report your information to the appropriate accrediting body.
A certificate of completion with your name on it will then be sent to the email address of your choosing. If you do not receive a certificate, please reach out to us via the contact us box on the right and we will investigate.
If you do not complete all steps, you will not receive CEU courses for the course.
No, they will be emailed to you. We recommend you save them somewhere accessible for your records.
To find the coupon code for your course, you must be logged into Vitals using your MGB account. You can find the most recent codes here:
